CHTS was established in 1994 after building a 5,000 watt FM transmitter facility on the Central Coast as a volunteer. Since then, CHTS has grown to offer a wide variety of professional-grade engineering solutions for FM/AM/TV broadcasting needs — from FCC applications to studio and transmitter site construction — backed by a Cal Poly SLO degree in Electronic Engineering Technology and FCC First Class / GROL license #PG-11-39140.
